Our President and Staff
Thank you again for being a part of our Home Care Helpers family! It is terrific to add you to our ever-growing number of staff, clients, and caregivers; we truly appreciate it. This sheet is to give you some information on who each of the staff are and what they primarily do. Please note that all staff helps each other and are cross-trained to do the basics of each other’s job and take detailed messages.
Rosalie Dye is the President and Founder of Home Care Helpers. She is in charge of overseeing all the office employees and their duties as well as marketing, going on new client intakes, home visits with clients, presiding at the orientation of new caregivers, and several other duties to ensure we have the best staff and caregivers for our clients at the most competitive prices and giving the most outstanding service possible.
Rosalie enjoys helping people, and is a member of the Maria’s Kids organization/ministry which support local children and youth with disabilities. She is a member at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, and assists with several different ministries. She is an excellent cook, and enjoys spending her time reading, walking on the beach looking for shark teeth, and time with her family and friends, especially with her five grandchildren and four children.
Pattie Fucci is the Office Manager as well our Bookkeeper. She is in charge of ensuring all caregivers’ hours are confirmed, filing long-term insurance, VA, and voucher claims, and is always happy to answer any bookkeeping questions or concerns. She is in charge of the office when Rosalie is out.
Pattie is married to the man of her dreams, and together they have six children and six grandchildren; five boys and one sweet little blond-hair, blue-eyed girl. She enjoys riding the Harley Davidson with her husband, cooking (particularly baking cakes and other sweets), watching reality TV and HGTV. Her hobbies include playing Words with Friends, baby sitting my Grand Kids, and is a fan of the University of South Carolina Gamecocks football team. Her dream is to find a log cabin and retire to the mountains of Tennessee.
Joe Lenhard is the Human Resources Manager. He is in charge of the registration process of all new caregivers and makes sure caregivers stay current with all of their state-mandated requirements. He also keeps archives of all current and past caregivers and clients, handles references calls, takes hours from caregivers, and is charge of overseeing that all caregiver information is updated in our online registry and hard files.
He is a native of the Greater Rochester area of New York, living in Pittsford and Canandaigua. He graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2004 with a degree in history. He moved to the Grand Strand area in September, 2006. In his spare time, Joe is heavily involved in his church, St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in North Myrtle Beach, where he is on the Vestry, a Sunday School teacher, Director of Acolytes, Chair of the Parade Commission, a licensed lector and chalice-bearer, and participates in Episcopal Church Men. He also enjoys music, going to various festivals, going out to the movies, hitting Starbucks occasionally, very long walks, biking, spending time with friends and family, and is an avid Olympics fan. Joe is a voracious book-reader, and his hobbies include writing, singing, theology and comparative religious studies, history, learning in general, and jogging. Finally, he is a board member of Maria’s Kids, an organization/ministry working with children and youth with special needs, and is also a prayer partner and substitute mentor with the St. Stephen’s chapter of Kid’s Hope USA, and is an advocate for children and youth with disabilities in general.
Tammy Bresette is one of our Care Coordinators. She is in charge of all care coordinating for clients. She makes sure all those clients’ information is updated to our online registry and hard files, is available for all caregivers’ & clients’ questions, comments, or concerns. She also helps with marketing, client intakes, home visits, and taking hours from caregivers.
She is a native of Fryeburg, Maine, before moving to Cape Cod, Massachusetts where she started a family. After moving back to the Mount Washington area in New Hampshire, she graduated with a BA in Psychology and began working in a local middle/senior high school as a special educator/counselor/speech therapist for the next 18 years. She and her daughter Chelsea moved to Irvine, California so that Chelsea could go to the college of her choice and Tammy could pursue her Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders. She worked as a pediatric speech therapist for the next 4 years in a pediatric clinic and in-home environments. Tammy and Chelsea then moved to Myrtle Beach 4 years ago to be back on the East Coast and near the ocean. She enjoys reading, movies, and walking the beach with her dogs, Ares and Mandy.
Dawn Breeden is one of our Care Coordinators. She is in charge of all care coordinating for clients. She makes sure all those clients’ information is updated to our online registry and hard files, is available for all caregivers’ & clients’ questions, comments, or concerns. She also helps with marketing, client intakes, home visits, and taking hours from caregivers.
She is a native of Baltimore, MD and worked as a legal assistant for more than 25 years. She moved to Surfside Beach in 2016.
Larry Dye is in charge of ensuring our office machinery and technology runs efficiently and correctly. He is also our backup bookkeeper when Pattie is off.
Larry’s background includes owning and running a homebuilding company. That experience required not only the ability to recognize materials and subcontractors, but also the ability to deal with the mountains of paperwork from buyers, financial institutions, and attorneys. As semi-retired, he enjoys solving Sudoko puzzles and other mind-challenging games, reading, and is an active member of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church.
